Welcome to Snappers Seafood and Wine Bar. My name is John, but at Snappers I am affectionately known as Captain Snapper. That’s because I and I run a tight ship. If you're looking for the best seafood in the Palm Beaches you've found it! I serve only the freshest seafood; gourmet, hand tossed pastas, and live Maine lobsters. For you land-lubbers we have Boynton's best baby-back ribs, chicken and hand cut steaks. All our meals come complete with your choice of tossed salad, Caesar salad or the most fantastic cole slaw you've ever tasted. You also get a choice of a potato and some crusty garlic rolls too! Are you a wine lover? Snappers has been a “Wine Spectator Award of Excellence” winner every year from 1996 thru 2010. I have wine for every palate whether you want a simple glass or a Magnum of Caymus Special Select; you can find it in my 2,200 bottle wine cellar. I am a certified “Sommelier” and can help you select the perfect bottle. I change my “ By the Glass” selection every month and pour a ¼ bottle glass of wine.
In 1994 I opened Snappers in Oakwood Square, and expanded with the opening of The Wine Room at Snappers in 2004.
In December 2010 I plan to open my second restaurant, Wave 2700.
