 Wave 2700 ~ Boca Raton's Newest Restaurant
We tried to keep it a secret, but the news is out. Captain Snapper is opening a second restaurant in Boca Raton. The target date is late December. Watch your e-mail box for details.
John Stilley, aka Captain Snapper, is excited to make his return to Boca Raton; where it all began. John was the original general manager of The Seafood Connection Restaurant, a Boca institution for many years. It was at the Seafood Connection where he met his wife, Sally and started his family.
In 1994 John left to open his own restaurant; Snappers Seafood. Snappers is truly a family operation, employing their 3 children and dozens of other "surrogate" kids.
The "Snapper Family" has enjoyed serving Boynton Beach for the past 16 years and looks forward to having you visit Wave 2700.
